Winter Conditioning is a free program sponsored by Walt Whitman Crew Boosters. In addition to daily 2-hour afternoon weekday practices at Whitman High School, there are also Saturday morning practices at other nearby locations, usually in January and February. Before registering, gather the following information: phone numbers and email addresses for mother, father, and rower; and an afternoon phone number for 2 emergency contacts. It will be useful to remember the email address you give since the primary email address you give for the parent (or guardian) who registers the rower will become your login email address for Spring and future crew registrations.

By registering online, there is happily no need to deliver any forms to the Crew Registrar.

For Varsity, the Varsity/New Online Winter Conditioning Registration process should take less than 5 minutes.

For Novices who registered online for the Fall 2005 Learn to Row program: When you login to register for the Winter program, you are an Existing User and should login with the email address you previously registered with for the Fall program and the password you were given at that time. Since you have already submitted the above phone/emergency information online, this Novice/Returning Fall Rower Online WINTER Conditioning Registration will merely entail logging in, Registering for Another Event (search for ‘Winter’), typing in your rower’s name when prompted, and checking a box to give permission for your teen to participate this winter. The registration process should take less than 5 minutes.
