Pat Bilock
Patrick Bilock began his rowing career at Duquesne University in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After competing for 4 years he coached the club men’s program while he completed his graduate degree in secondary education.
Upon the completion of his graduate degree at Duquesne, Coach Bilock moved to Montgomery County to teach 8th grade science at Roberto Clemente Middle School. Eager to get back into rowing, he started coaching for Whitman during winter training of 2005-2006.
This is Coach Bilock’s third year coaching for Whitman. Over the past two years he has assisted with the varsity and worked with the junior varsity guys. This coming season Coach Bilock will be assisting with the varsity women.
Coach Bilock teaches biology and forensic science at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, but he promises to remain true to Walt Whitman Rowing.
