There are many forms distributed to your Rower throughout the year. Some require signature and submission online, others may still require a hard copy acknowledgement. Our preference, whenever possible is that completed forms are scanned and returned to our registrar by our required deadline. Your timely submission, and subsequent payment is necessary to ensure the program runs smoothly and your Rower receives the maximum benefit from participation.

We place the responsibility of completing and submitting these forms on our Rowers, but in reality it often involves the input, signature or support of each of you as parents. With this in mind, below you will find some of the key forms required for active participation of your Rower in the Whitman Crew program for the coming season.
